The Flowers Counsel Group has four (4) core practice areas that enable us to provide our clients with innovative, unique and expert legal counsel. These practice areas are Corporate Procurement, Corporate Transactional, Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Investments, and Corporate Governance. Based upon the firm's unique project management business model, the firm's practice areas are customized to complement, enhance and/or supplement the business operations of our clients in order to accomplish the desired objective. Corporate Procurement
Our procurement expertise enables our clients to achieve a strategic advantage over competitors by incorporating our services as a value-added resource. Our corporate procurement group provides specialized legal services tailored to each procurement transaction. The firm’s procurement practice is comprised of the following three (3) groups:
- Services Procurement Group (SPG)
Ranging from the simple consulting agreements to sophisticated engineering agreements, our SPG provides specialized legal services to procure services on behalf of our client. Our SPG legal services include: affinity/brand agreements, contractor agreements; consulting agreements, form agreements, master services agreements; request for proposals (RFPs), and general service agreements. - Technology Procurement Group (TPG)
The Firm recognizes the importance of specialized technology procurement services. Our TPG is designed to meet our clients’ growing need to procure complicated, high-end technology services and goods. Our TPG legal services include: development agreements, form agreements, joint venture agreements, intellectual property outsourcing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and license agreements. - Materials, Products & Goods Procurement Group (MPGG)
Our MPGG assist clients in providing strategic acquisitions of key materials, products and goods. Our MPGG legal services include: bid packages, contract negotiations and settlements, material acquisitions agreements, letters of intent, master services agreements, product agreements, purchase orders, statements of work and terms and conditions review.
