Ms. Banton has extensive experience as a regulatory attorney specializing in pharmaceutical research and development, and pharmaceutical drug marketing. Ms. Banton has expertise in negotiating, drafting and reviewing major agreements and procurement contracts.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Banton supervised the audits of major financial institutions as a certified public accountant at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in New York, NY.
