Ms. Gless is an Associate at The Flowers Counsel Group, LLC’s Boston, Massachusetts office (the “Firm”), where she practices primarily in the corporate procurement, corporate transactions and corporate governance areas of the Firm. Ms. Gless’ practice includes a variety of sectors and industries including education, finance, pharmaceutical, technology, energy, marketing, and public relations.

Ms. Gless has served as counsel for Global and Fortune 500 clients and the nation’s leading academic institutions, including Barclays Bank, N.A., Microsoft Corporation, Merge eClinical, Inc. (now part of IBM) Harvard University, Boston University, Emerson College, Berklee College of Music, Tufts University and Northeastern University. Ms. Gless has extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing procurement contracts and agreements, among other matters. Her procurement expertise is concentrated in the areas of services, equipment, materials, technology and other outsourcing transactions.
Representative transactions include drafting and negotiation the following legal documents:

• Asset Purchase Agreements;
• Master Services Agreements;
• Master Consulting Agreements;
• Equipment Loan Agreements;
• Continuing Medical Education Agreements;
• Statements of Work;
• Purchase Orders; and
• Master Product Agreements.

Prior to working at the Firm, Ms. Gless worked as a student attorney (pursuant to Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03) representing indigent clients in family law cases. She litigated on behalf of her clients in motion sessions, pretrial conferences, restraining orders, and guardianship hearings and divorce trials. Other responsibilities included: (i) negotiating settlements with opposing counsel; (ii) interviewing, counseling, and advising clients; (iii) conducting discovery and investigation such as interrogatories, and subpoenas; and (iv) drafting settlement agreements, motions, pleadings.

Ms. Gless is actively involved with Horizons for Homeless Children (“Horizons”), a Massachusetts charity focused on helping homeless children and their families. Ms. Gless has volunteered weekly at Horizons’ early education center located in Dorchester, Massachusetts since December 2013. Ms. Gless also helped raise over $8,000.00 for Horizons as a non-profit runner in the 2015 Boston Marathon.
